Dr. Matmon Harrell

Thoughtful therapy. Meaningful change.

Relational

We explore how your relationships, experiences, and patterns influence the way you connect with others.

Trauma-Informed

Your experiences matter. Counseling emphasizes safety, understanding, and respect for your story.

Mindful
Faith-Informed

We create space to slow down, become more aware, and respond intentionally rather than simply react.

For clients who desire it, Christian faith and biblical principles can be incorporated into the counseling process.

Maybe you're here because…

You're having the same argument over and over.

You feel disconnected from someone you love.

You're trying to understand why you respond the way you do.

Your family relationships have become difficult to navigate.

You're going through a transition and aren't sure what comes next.

You know something needs to change—but you're not quite sure where to start.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Therapy that looks beneath the surface.

Relationships can be complicated. Sometimes what brings you to counseling isn't simply what happened—it's the patterns, experiences, expectations, and wounds that shape how you respond to one another.

At The Mindful PharmD, counseling is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-informed practice. We create space to slow down, gain perspective, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter most.
